ORDERING INFORMATION:
Ordering from SBB is a simple as pie! Simply add items to your cart, customize using our options, and list any extras in the text box. When you are ready to check out, proceed to the CART where you will be asked to enter your payment information. Your personal information is not needed to simply visit our site. When you are ready to check out, we require that we have your shipping address and email. This allows us to confirm your order and keep you up to date on the status. Please check our home page for current shipping times. For rush orders please email us for availability and rush fees. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password.

SHOPPING ON-LINE For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If paying using PayPal, your information is collected on their secure server. If paying by Mastercard or Visa (not through PayPal) we will collect your information on our secure server and process it through our merchant bank.

Item's will not be shipped until payment has been recieved. Please allow extra time for MO if ordering for a special occasion.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Sew Blessed Bowtique is a small boutique business and strives to ensure that your items are made to your exact specifications. If for some reason your order is wrong due to our mistake, we will gladly exchange your item or issue you store credit.
We can not however issue refunds on any orders. All sales are final. Keep this in mind when you are ordering bows. If you have questions simply email us and we will help work out the details on your order to ensure it is perfect.
